We are looking for a Mongolian candidate working at Mongolia as Consumable Sales Manager. Details as following:
Responsibilities:
· Explore and develop new customers aggressively by using various channels and visiting customers independently
· Provide professional and premium technical service to existing and prospective customers including technical presentations, solution feasibility analysis, product introduction, selection etc.
· Achieve individual sales/profit target in the assigned territory or industry by completing complex and demanding project tasks
· Understand in-depth on various application of MULTIVAC products and recommend consumables accurately to meet customer needs
· Take preventative action to avoid customer complaints and handle complaints promptly to the mutual satisfaction of customer and MULTIVAC
· Report effectively and transfer client information to peers and for management decision as needed on time
· Prepare quotes and technical literature to support proposals by establishing a good understanding on products
· Continuously enhance market understanding and convert market information into business opportunities
· Attend trade shows or seminars to promote products and continuously learn about industry development.
· Work closely with ASM in dealing with all consumable related issues
· Report customers’ feedback to the superior with accurate information
· Prepare working reports for use within the company or for customers, e.g. service and audit reports;
· Comply with company and legislative requirements in regards to Occupational Health and Safety;
· Assist back office with all the logistic-related tasks such as goods receiving, storing, dispatching, customs clearance etc.;
· Proactively execute marketing-related tasks such as content releasing on social media, organization of local trade shows and events etc.
· Work with regional team to seek the opportunity to drive the cost down and improve the efficiency in field of logistics
· Travel as required for the purpose of performing the corresponding responsibilities
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor


Requirements:
· Preferable university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Material and Engineering, Marketing or Business.
· Preferable around 3 years’ experience in sales related roles in the food/beverage/cosmetics/pharmaceutical packaging/ manufacturing industry.
· Preferable related MULTIVAC packaging consumable experience with abundant knowledge in food application
· Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
· Experiences of handling commercial activities, as compiling contracts and agreements.
· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
· A clear thinker with the ability to convince with facts and passion for the product.
· A cooperative team player
· Customer-oriented, flexible, and collaborative personality with global working experience.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
